Returns and Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase, all items must still have tags attached.
If you have received a defected item from Broad River Boutique, LLC, please email us at broadriverboutiquehelp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package, with images of the defected item and customer service will contact you as soon as possible. We respond to emails weekly. Broad River Boutique, LLC is not responsible for items damaged during improper washing and handling.
